Ryote-dori (Two-hand hold)
When Uke grabs both of Uke's wrists and tries to kick him in his groin with his knee (1), Tori avoids the kick by stepping back with his left foot, turning sligtly to the left. Tori pulls his right hand towards his left ear/shoulder to free his right arm, and strikes him with the knife edge of his right hand at Uke's temple (2). Tori grabs ukes right and with his right, twist to the right and applies Kote-hineri (3). Picture 4 is a close up of the Kote-hineri.
